Terms of Use
Effective July 13, 2026. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CodeCheck Pro public early-access website at codecheckpro.com and related landing pages (the "Website"). The Website is operated by CodeCheck Pro LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By accessing the Website or submitting an early-access request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Phase 1 Early-Access Website
The Website is a public marketing and early-access site. It is intended to introduce CodeCheck Pro, collect interest by market, and provide limited illustrative materials. The Website is not the full CodeCheck Pro product application and does not currently provide automated claim review, upload-to-report processing, subscriptions, payments, or customer account access.
2. No Legal, Insurance, Engineering, or Public Adjuster Advice
CodeCheck Pro is not a law firm, engineering firm, public adjusting firm, insurance carrier, or governmental authority. Content on the Website is for general informational and early-access purposes only. It is not legal advice, insurance advice, engineering advice, public-adjusting advice, or a final determination of code compliance, claim coverage, estimating scope, pricing, or entitlement to payment.
3. Early-Access Form
You may submit the early-access form to request information about availability in your market. Required form fields may include full name, email address, role, and ZIP code. Optional fields may include company name and phone number. By submitting the form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Please do not submit insurance claim files, adjuster summaries, estimates, photographs, policy documents, or sensitive claim materials through the Phase 1 Website unless we specifically request them through an approved process.
4. Sample Report and Demonstration Materials
Any sample report, excerpt, image, claim example, or other demonstration material displayed on the Website is illustrative and fictional unless expressly stated otherwise. Sample materials are provided to show the type of documentation CodeCheck Pro may produce and should not be relied on for any real claim, project, property, code determination, estimate, or insurance dispute.
5. Intellectual Property
The Website and its text, design, graphics, logos, marks, sample materials, workflows, and other content are owned by CodeCheck Pro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. CodeCheck Pro™ and related names, marks, logos, and brand elements are trademarks or service marks of CodeCheck Pro LLC.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful purposes; interfere with the Website or its security; submit false or unauthorized information; scrape or reverse engineer the Website; or use Website content to misrepresent CodeCheck Pro, insurance claim outcomes, or code requirements.
7. Third-Party Services
The Website may rely on third-party services for hosting, forms, analytics, email notifications, PDF viewing, spreadsheet storage, and other functions. We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or acts or omissions of third-party services beyond our control.
8. No Warranties
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeCheck Pro and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or insurance-claim outcomes arising from or related to your use of the Website.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CodeCheck Pro and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or submission of unauthorized or inaccurate information.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
